Activation at SXSW
Electronic waste (E-waste) represents a significant global challenge for tech leaders. Dell tasked VML to create awareness around E-waste and Dell's existing recycling program.
Idea
To increase awareness and engagement, we developed a QR code made entirely from recycled technology, designed to direct individuals to Dell's recycling site. This initiative was launched at South by Southwest (SXSW), one of the most prominent technology events in the United States, to encourage greater participation. We even launched Dell.com/recycle, a website for consumers to get free shipping labels. Dell even accepts devices from any brand, demonstrating their commitment to environmental responsibility.
